Billing Pay-As-You-Go

This type of billing is designed for making the CleanTalk Services as smooth and seamless as possible. Even if you forgot to renew your licenses, your websites will stay protected. The billing Pay-As-You-Go will count the days of the provided services and charge you when the upcoming month begins.

When It Activates?

When your annual license expired and there were no new payments yet. In this case the billing Pay-As-You-Go will continue providing you the service without interruptions. Pay-As-You-Go deactivates immediately when you renew your annual license or when you delete all websites from your Dashboard.

Additionally, we can activate it for you manually by your request. Please, create a private ticket for that:

Payment Rates

Anti-Spam — 0.06 USD a day per website.
Anti-Spam — 0.09 USD a day per website if Extra Package for Anti-Spam is activated.

Security — 0.052 USD a day per website.
Security — 0.078 USD a day per website if Extra Package for Security is activated.

Uptime Monitoring — 0.036 USD a day per website.

For example, if you had your website added on your CleanTalk Dashboards for 20 days out of 30, the total cost per month would be:
• 1.20 USD for Anti-Spam (no Extra Package)
• 1.04 USD for Security (no Extra Package)
• 0.72 USD for Uptime Monitoring

Charge Attempts

The billing will charge you on the 1st day of the upcoming month.

In case of unsuccessful automatic charges, the payment system (PayPal or Stripe, not CleanTalk) makes additional attempts in 24 hours. If all attempts were unsuccessful, your PAYG license will be disabled and you will see a message on your Dashboard about the required update of your payment method. Click the link in the message to visit your profile settings and edit your bank card details manually.
